Only shirts, shifts, petticoats etc and items from our fashion catalogue are available off the peg, (although not kept in stock)all other goods are to order.
To do this please either email, telephone or snailmail me with exact details of requirements and then I can give you an accurate idea of price, as the catalogue is only a basic guideline.
Payment Terms are 50% with order, and then a further installment if necessary on large orders, with the balance paid before delivery. A minimum delivery cost of £20 is charged on items under 12kgs in weight for Uk posting this will vary for larger and overseas postings. See our Terms of Business for further information
We do not as yet take credit card except by Paypal, although this situation may change. Foreign clients generally pay by electronic bank transfer or a direct debit system as it works out cheaper and the bank do the hard work of sorting out exchange rates or by a cheque payable in sterling.This however is not written in stone and we can discuss the method best for you. I will then mail you an order form and measurement sheet if you are not close enough for fittings. I also require a photograph (preferably front, and side views) so I can see your stance, build etc. Please note that as these items are made bespoke I generally require at least 3 fittings. No responsibility can be taken if alterations are needed on arrival with you due to the uniqueness of everyone's body, although every effort will be made to make sure this is not necessary
If you require an outfit with a deadline in mind please try to give at least 3 months notice, particularly over the Christmas period, otherwise we may not be able to meet it. Most full outfits can take a minimum of 6 months if we are busy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have a 7 day cancellation period from the time you receive any goods, except for bespoke items, in which you can then return the goods for a full refund, except for bespoke items. Please note all refunds will not include delivery charges.
We do not accept personal returns, although if repairs and alterations are required we will then arrange a fitting if needed
Made To Measure / Bespoke Items
All made to measure items are made to each customers own sizes and are therefore non-refundable or returnable. Please ensure all sizes are correct before submitting an order using our measuring guide. If in doubt, please contact us for further instructions on any measurements you are unsure of.
Cancellation & Returns Process
Please follow these instructions for returning any items:
1.Please contact us via telephone or email to let us know you will be returning an item and the reasons why for each garment. If the return is for faulty workmanship we reserve the right to correct this before giving a refund. If we do not feel the work is faulty then we reserve the right to have it checked by a 3rd party and compared to similar items and price band
2.Send the item back to us including a note with your order number and contact details. Items should be sent back in the condition received, in original packing, unworn and unaltered
When returning an item we strongly suggest you get a proof of posting from the Post Office or courier when you send any items back.
Unfortunately delivery and return costs will not be refunded
